Quadient is a company that provides services to empower accounting teams with end-to-end automation. Its software minimizes repetitive manual tasks, such as data entry and approval follow-ups, while enhancing the accuracy and security of your accounts payable (AP) data.
My goal was to help their product team analyze the current user interface of one of their freshly acquired products, define its biggest bottlenecks in the transition to the new design guidelines, and deliver a concrete proposal for improvements.
